Southeast Capital Companies has a wealth of intown expertise developing projects such as The Gramercy Townhomes, The Manhattan, and The Borghese. Their partner, Patrick Malloy Communities is a well-known Atlanta builder who has built semi-custom homes in a variety of price points and locations throughout Atlanta.
